Situated right on the promenade but not at all noisy. Superb location for the shops, restaurants and of course the long beach which you can see from the apartment and walk to in a few minutes. The unexpected welcome pack was a great surprise and apprsee more

The unexpected welcome pack was a great surprise and appreciated. Property was very clean and well maintained and the beds very comfortable with air con in every room. We will return.

The apartment has been recently renovated. This charming sea-view apartment is located on the first floor of a small complex with a lift and a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers and lawn right in front of Alcudia Port beach.
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa for watching television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.
Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. You will find beach towels as well as bath towels on the floor.
The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is peaceful, but in the vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants, the seafront promenade, the port and countless leisure activities (bicycle rental, boat trips, etc.). Furthermore, Alcudia beach and port regularly host well-known sporting events such as the Ironman or various culinary and cultural events. The old town of Alcudia is within easy walking distance and numerous bus connections offer more excursion possibilities even without a car. A great starting point for everything you could want on holiday.
