This cosy accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area, in Puerto de Alcudia, a few minutes walking from the beautiful and famous crystal-clear water beach.
The apartment has two terraces, one at the front and another at the back, both furnished with two hammocks and a table for 4 people, to be able to enjoy the good weather in Mallorca and be able to live outdoors. In addition, it belongs to a complex with a large communal swimming pool with a diving board and a large grass area. The pool is open from March to November. In the accommodation, you will find both bath and pool towels.
The house has a spacious living-dining room with plenty of light, due to its direct access to one of the terraces. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, making it a very cosy home. In addition, there are two double bedrooms, one of them with direct access to the second terrace, and a bathroom.
Without a doubt, Avus is a perfect option for an incredible holiday in the north of Mallorca without the need to rent a car, as both good bars and restaurants and supermarkets are located in the surrounding streets.

The only cons, its would benefit from a new fridge as it was very noisy and made funny sounds throughout the night and two slightly better beds. Certainly not awful but for the price of the apartment I think that is a worthy investment / upgrade.

The apartment had everything we needed for a few days away. There was a lovely selection of treats for us on arrival. It was clean and the beds comfortable.
We came out of season so the beach bars were closed but we didn't mind the walk up to the posee more

At a short distance from Alcudia Beach, it is ideal for a family with children to enjoy their holidays in the northern area of Mallorca.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room, and terrace with balcony.
It has natural light all day long both in the independent kitchen, as in the very bright and comfortable living-dining room.
The rooms, one for a couple and the other with a double bunk bed, are equipped with air conditioning and directly access the apartment's terrace, both very comfortable and practical.
The independent kitchen, with light from the outside all day long, is fully equipped and has a small American bar.
The Apartment is located in one of the best areas of Alcudia Beach, situated just 2 minutes from one of Mallorca's best beaches, famous for its white sand and crystal-clear waters, ideal for long walks at sunset on the island of Mallorca.
