From here you will be able to enjoy pleasant mountain views whilst sharing breakfasts, lunches or dinners outdoors thanks to the available table and chairs.
From the living room, you access a hallway that distributes the different rooms of the dwelling. The apartment has three bedrooms. Two of them have built-in wardrobes: one equipped with two single beds and another with a comfortable double bed. One of these rooms enjoys views of the external balcony, whilst the other has a window facing the quiet interior courtyard of the building. The third bedroom also has a window overlooking the interior courtyard, providing a peaceful environment for rest.

This cosy apartment with sea view is located on the second floor of a small complex with a lift and a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds and lawn just in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa to watch television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.
