What is the Pollença Wine Fair?
The Pollença Wine Fair is an annual event that brings together more than 30 Mallorcan wineries and some guest wineries from the peninsula to showcase their best creations. The event is designed for both professionals in the sector and amateurs who want to learn more about the exciting world of wine.
On arrival, you will receive a commemorative wine glass, included with your ticket, which you can use to taste the wines at each winery. You will be able to taste as many wines as you wish, as many times as you like, and you will have the opportunity to talk directly with the winegrowers and oenologists who have produced them.
What is a wine tasting?
A wine tasting is a sensory experience in which wine is tasted and analysed through sight, smell and taste. At the Pollença Wine Fair, you will be able to evaluate each wine, appreciating its aromas, flavours and textures. You can even rate the ones you like best, thus helping to highlight the best proposals at the fair.

Where and when does the Wine Fair take place?
The Pollença Wine Fair 2025 will take place on the 10th and 11th of May in the beautiful Cloister of the Sant Domingo Convent, a historic enclave that lends a special atmosphere to the event. This fair, organised by the Vi Primitiu de Pollença Association, has established itself as one of the most important events on the Balearic wine calendar.

- Saturday 10 May: from 10:00 to 20:30 h
- Sunday 11 May: from 10:00 to 14:00 h
(The box office closes one hour before the official closing time of the event).
Tickets for the Wine Fair of Pollença
The ticket price is €15 and includes a €5 discount voucher for the purchase of wine on the premises, providing an excellent opportunity to take home your favourite wines.
Which wineries are participating?
This year, the Wine Fair will be attended by some 38 Mallorcan wineries, including producers from the Binissalem, Pla i Llevant and Vi de la Terra de Mallorca Designations of Origin (DO). In addition, as in previous editions, at least 18 guest wineries from the DO Montsant, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Catalonia, are expected to take part.
Attendees will be able to enjoy a unique tasting experience, exploring everything from traditional wines to innovative proposals that reflect the evolution of the Balearic wine sector. In total, between the Mallorcan wineries and the guest wineries, there will be around 240 wines to taste – an unmissable opportunity for wine lovers!

What will the weather be like during the Wine Fair?
According to weather forecasts, the weekend of the Pollença Wine Fair 2025 will have pleasant, spring-like weather. Maximum temperatures of 23°C and minimum temperatures of 15°C are expected, with partly clear skies and a slight chance of occasional showers.
