Alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung war perfekt auf uns abgestimmt und der Pool hat alles abgerundet. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß zum Strand oder auch zum nächsten Supermarkt gelaufen. Es gab genügend Restaurants im nahen Umkreis. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gab es ein Restaurant mit täglicher live-Musik, welche man auch in der Finca gehört hat. Uns hat es gefallen, aber für jemanden der die komplette Ruhe sucht, vielleicht nicht das beste. Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich gut gefallen und wir würden die Finca wieder buchen.

The beautiful house "Can Olivo" is a property located in the Port of Alcudia, very close to the beach. The well-known sandy beach of Alcudia is only 500 metres away and just a few minutes walking distance. It is an independent two-story house with a very well-maintained and furnished outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful weather of Mallorca. On the first floor, there is a covered terrace with plenty of light and a large table with 6 chairs where you can have meals and barbecue. This terrace is directly connected to the separate and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a lovely living room with comfortable sofas and a television. On the ground floor, you'll find a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. On the first floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom, also with a double bed and a spacious terrace with plenty of light, a desk, and a sofa. Both the living room and the 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Additionally, the house has Wi-Fi. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, yet close to the beach and the large avenue with plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.
