Villa Celia is a well kept chalet located only 120 meters from the beach! Three bedrooms (two of them air-conditioned, the third with fan) are located on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower. Another bedroom with air conditioning and en suite bathroom is located on the first floor. Here are two terraces that will make sun worshipers happy at any time of the day.
The kitchen is equipped with everything that a maximum of 8 people on holiday need to conjure up delicious meals. Both from the kitchen and the living room with dining table you have direct access to the partially covered terrace.
In the garden is a shower with cold and warm water, a large brick barbecue and a small lawn with two chairs available. The garden is planted with many flowers and flowering shrubs. You will notice the love of detail and that the house was once the summer home of the owner family.
In addition to the great location very close to the beach, the house is conveniently located near the supermarkets, restaurants and promenades of Port Alcudia. Two cars can be found on the property under the carport, so that even in the high season it´s not necessary to search for a parking space.

Absolutely fantastic property. Mathius and his lovely wife were lovely hosts. Property is superbly located, beach is literally a minute away. Very clean, well laid out and off street parking for two cars. Will definitely be booking again, can't wait see more
