Nestled in a beautiful landscape with marvellous views, surrounded by meadows and forests, and located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, this stately home offers an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, island explorers, and beach tourists.
The house is very spacious, with 4 large bedrooms accommodating 8 people, three with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and equipped with ceiling fans. The other two bedrooms on the 1st floor have air conditioning. One of the double bedrooms has a terrace. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms available, one en suite, two with a bathtub, and one with a shower. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with satellite TV, WIFI, washing machine, etc.
There is shaded parking space for 3 cars in the private parking area.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful home. Lovely space, beautiful pool and walking distance to selva and Caimari. It was so quiet and relaxing. Only thing to improve it would be a better equipped kitchen with more glasses / bowels etcsee more

Viel Privatsphäre und ein schöner Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt zu einem kleinen Supermarkt, nach einer 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man Inca. Für Radtouren ist die Ausgangsposition genial, das Haus liegt am Fuße des Anstiegs nach Sa Calobra. Der Strom ist mit 0,40€ pro KwH ziemlich teuer, wir haben für eine Woche 90€ bezahlt, obwohl wir die Klimaanlage nicht ein einziges Mal verwendet haben. Laut Inserat war die Klimaanlage aber im Preis inkludiert, aber der Vermieter meinte vor Ort dass die Stromkosten mit angeschalteter Klimaanlage auf 250€ pro Woche steigen. Mit dem Rest waren wir sehr zufrieden.

A successful holiday is guaranteed for you at our wonderful estate Puig d'en Guardiola, located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains between the villages of Selva and Moscari.
A very special feature of this estate is the beautifully designed outdoor area. Here you can admire a beautiful and typical replicated windmill, enjoy outdoor meals by the barbecue, let your children play in the house's children's park or sunbathe in the 4mx9m saltwater swimming pool, immerse yourself in the water, rest on one of its 8 sunbeds or its Balinese bed. All with impressive views of the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range.
The house, furnished with a high level of Mallorcan style, has space for 8 guests and is distributed over two floors. From any of its covered terraces, you can enjoy good views. It has 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, one en suite, a large kitchen, fully equipped and a cosy living room with Smart TV. Two of the bathrooms have a shower and another has a bathtub.
All rooms have air conditioning and WIFI. On the ground floor, there is a practical bathroom with a dressing room near the pool.
The location in the centre of the island is advantageous. From here the island can be perfectly explored. Cyclists and hikers have the nearby mountains, the most beautiful beaches are about 20 minutes by car, the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is also just 40 minutes away. The two villages Moscari and Selva are just a few minutes away.
