"Ca'n Barrio is a two-storey country house situated near the village of Pollença and only 3 km from the beach of Puerto Pollença.
The exteriors are characterised by a large swimming pool surrounded by a large garden area where you can enjoy sunbathing. There are also sunbeds for all guests, as well as two sunshades.
The finca with its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is perfect for large groups of up to 12 people. The ground floor has a large living room, a kitchen with direct access to the pool terrace, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom.
Upstairs you will find another 5 bedrooms, 2 of them with private bathroom and access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains. The finca has air conditioning and satellite television. Spend a few relaxing days in a Mallorcan finca just a few minutes' drive from the town and the nearest beach.
