Sehr guter Zustand, sehr gute Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung, Unkomplizierte Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung durch Vermieter. Angenehme Nachbarschaft. Wohnung wird auch warm, falls es draußen kalt sein sollte.
