Die Lage ist top! Mitten in der idyllischen Altstadt von Alcudia gelegen, dennoch abends sehr ruhig und somit für Familien mit kleinen Kindern optimal. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit ca. 20 Minuten Weg schnell erreicht.

Esta encantadora casa de planta baja en Alcudia es el refugio perfecto para tus vacaciones en Mallorca. Cabe destacar su bonita terraza con piscina (9m x 4m), 4 hamacas y barbacoa para compartir momentos especiales al aire libre.

CASA SA MARINA es una bonita vivienda con una preciosa terraza con vista mar y con piscina privada en Alcudia a tan solo unos pasos de la playa. Disfruta de unas vacaciones de piscina, sol y playa en casa Sa Marina.
La maravillosa terraza cuenta con una piscina de 2m x 3m y profundidad máxima 0.90m rodeada de 5 tumbonas para tomar el sol, una mesa con sillas bajo una sombrilla para disfrutar de barbacoas al aire libre y una segunda terraza en la azotea con unas increíbles vistas de la playa de la bahía de Pollensa con zona chill out y una barra para tomar algo mientras disfrutan del atardecer.
La casa cuenta con un salón con Smart TV, conectado con el comedor, con mucha luz que entra a través de unos grandes ventanales y aire acondicionado. La cocina también se encuentra conectada con el comedor y está totalmente equipada.
Además, la casa cuenta con tres dormitorios: uno con cama de matrimonio, otro con dos camas y uno con una litera, todos ellos con aire acondicionado.
