The pretty Villa Loli is centrally yet quietly located in the popular resort of Puerto de Alcudia.
The holiday home impresses with a wonderful outdoor area and a perfect location close to the beach. The holiday home has a total size of 130 square meters and offers plenty of comfort for 6 people. The house is divided over two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Directly from the living room you get to a quiet, furnished terrace, which is shaded and ideal for grilling and relaxing. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. A highlight is an adjacent large and furnished sun terrace.
The outside area offers a 28 sqm pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area with a stone oven grill.
The central location enables you to reach the beaches of Playa de Alcudia in around 10 minutes on foot.

The villa is clean and modern and has everything you can possibly need. Each of the three bedrooms have large en-suites, perfect for a large family. The kitchen and living area again modern and clean and the swimming pool is perfect for families. Thesee more
The villa is clean and modern and has everything you can possibly need. Each of the three bedrooms have large en-suites, perfect for a large family. The kitchen and living area again modern and clean and the swimming pool is perfect for families. The owner of the property is easily contactable and very friendly. The location of the villa is perfect if you want to be near the “the strip”, full of bars and restaurants and only about 10 minute gentle walk to the beach. Perfect villa, would highly recommend and would definitely return.
