Description
Located in the heart of one of the most lovely towns in Mallorca: Búger. Even being in the historic centre near the church, it is a very quiet area with not much traffic, which means that you can go for a walk through its small streets and enjoy the numerous festivities of the town like any other Mallorcan.
The patio has a charming swimming pool (4 m x 3 m) with chlorinated water, hammock area, outdoor dining area and a portable charcoal barbecue. You will love it!
It is a typical Majorcan rustic house decorated by the owner with great taste and affection. Its high ceilings with wooden beams and its wide walls give the house a lot of space and a very good temperature. However, it also has powerful air conditioning in the central dining room on the ground floor where there is a very pleasant living room with a work area, a dining room, a second living room with a fireplace ideal for family or friends to get together with board games, a complete bathroom with bathtub and the kitchen with electric oven.
The house has access to the swimming pool from both the living room and the kitchen, which makes it very cosy. In addition, there are two bedrooms with double bed and one of them with bathroom en suite. Upstairs there is a beautiful suite with twin beds (1.05m x 2.00m) and air conditioning, lounge and a very spacious bathroom.
The popular kilometres of sandy beaches of the bay of Alcudia are only 10 minutes away by car.
