"Sa Cova D'Or" has a great outdoor area with several lawns, shady trees and a private pool deck with sun loungers. The pool measures 9 x 5.5 x (maximum) 2.2 meters and is operated with a salt water filter system. Two covered and furnished terraces are at your disposal - one overlooking the pool and one side of the house with convenient access to the kitchen and living room. Of course, the barbecue area with sink is not missing to give the outdoor area the finishing touch.
In the house you will find a large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and gas stove and oven, a rustic living room with satellite TV, 3 cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with shower and one with bath.
The house is equipped with fans for the summer and central heating for the winter, making it possible to book all year round.
Just 900 meters away, Santa Margalida is home to all the daily necessities, restaurants, cafés and banks. Can Picafort with an even wider selection of it all and the beautiful beach is only 9 kilometers away.
