Spotlessly clean, modernized 2 floors of a typical Pollenca house. Very well equipped, air conditioning very effective in all bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen area. 2 balcony areas. One off the bedroom facing to the back of the property and a large balcony off the living room/kitchen area with an adjustable canopy, dining table and chairs and sun loungers with a fabulous view of the mountains. The property is within walking distance of the town centre and the Calvari steps and viewing area. It is in an elevated position in the village so allows for great views. Nice cafe, Bar and 2 local supermarkets which are well stocked and full of local produce are just a 5 minute stroll from this property. Great communication with the local company who maintain this property with an online check in and easy access to the property even though our flight was delayed.

Pollença is a charming town and the apartment is very smart, just on the edge of the historical centre, but in a peaceful location. It is very well-equipped and the roof terrace has lovely views over the Transmuntana and down to the sea. There is a good local shop just round the corner and the town centre with many bars and restaurants is an easy ten minutes walk away. Five more minutes take you to the bus stop for the Port and beaches and beyond to Alcuida. You can also get buses to Palma and Soller. Parking is limited in the town but there is plenty round the edges.

Schön wäre es mehr Spülmaschinen- und Waschmaschinen Tab`s zur Verfügung zu haben, da die immer nur in größeren Gebinden zu kaufen sind. |
