Es war alles über den Erwartungen. Für vier Personen ist auch die Badezimmer-Situation zu handhaben, bei der Maximalbelegung von sechs Personen sind schon gute Absprachen notwendig -). Die Gegend ist (bis auf Hunde und ggf. Baustellenlärm) sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich nicht als Tourist. Sowohl der Strand alsauch die sehenswerte Altstadt von Alcudia sind ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass eine Grundausstattung von sinnvollen Dinge (Wasser, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer etc.) vorhanden sein sollte. Das würde, gerade eine späte Anreise, noch deutlich entspannter gestalten.

Mooie en rustige omgeving maar toch overal dicht bij.
Omdat we laat arriveerde hadden we gevragen of ze wat lekkers in de koelkast konden leggen en dat was gebeurt.

Esta casa de pueblo absolutamente encantadora en el casco antiguo de Alcudia ofrece 3 dormitorios con aire acondicionado y 2 baños con duchas. La acogedora sala de estar tiene un televisor grande y hay un comedor adicional junto a la cocina pintoresca. En la primera planta hay una bonita terraza con zona de estar - un lugar acogedor para disfrutar del sol.
Uno de los baños solo es accesible desde el patio.
La ubicación es excelente para explorar la histórica ciudad de Alcudia a pie. También hay una variedad de restaurantes y cafés en la zona inmediata, y dos veces a la semana se celebra aquí el popular mercado de la ciudad.

¡Bienvenidos a Delicias! Esta encantadora residencia se ubica en el centro de Playa de Muro y muy cerquita de la playa más bonita del norte de Mallorca.
La vivienda dispone de una piscina privada estratégicamente ubicada en la parte trasera de la casa, cerca del canal del lago que atraviesa el vecindario. La piscina de tamaño 3,3m x 7m está diseñada para poder disfrutar del buen tiempo de Mallorca alrededor de ella, ya que cuenta con un porche, cuatro hamacas para tomar el sol, un espacio con mesa y seis sillas y además una barbacoa portátil.
El exterior se comunica con la casa a través de varios accesos: uno directo a la cocina totalmente equipada y otro directo al salón comedor y a sus cómodos sofás. Esto hace de la vivienda un lugar muy cómodo y acogedor.
Los dormitorios se encuentran en la primera planta. Hay dos habitaciones con cama doble, uno de ellos con baño en suite, y una habitación con dos camas individuales. Todas ellas, al igual que el salón, cuentan con aire acondicionado para lidiar con los calurosos días de verano en Mallorca. En total hay dos baños con bañera en el primer piso y un aseo en la planta baja.
En definitiva, Delicias es una opción altamente recomendable para disfrutar de unas increíbles vacaciones en familia o con amigos en un barrio muy tranquilo pero que cuenta con todas las comodidades a su alrededor sin necesidad de coger el coche: conocidos restaurantes, bares y supermercados están a solo unos pasos. ¡Asegura tu reserva ahora al mejor precio!
