Un porche cubierto donde poder cenar junto al jardín o una cómoda terraza donde disfrutar de agradables momentos al sol o de momentos culinarios en familia gracias a la parrilla situada en el exterior.
Su amplia cocina totalmente equipada y sus cuatro dormitorios, dos con dos camas individuales, uno con una cama individual y otro con una cama de matrimonio, te permitirá una estancia acogedora. Tiene dos baños con ducha. Casa Pinar se caracteriza también por su gran luminosidad natural. La villa está equipada con aire acondicionado, wifi, Smart tv y todas las comodidades para que puedas desconectar de la rutina.

Vi havde 15-18 grader varme og lidt regn. Med det klima oplevede vi huset som lidt køligt og fugtigt. Grunden er afgrænset med hegn så børnenekunne løbe frit rundt. Dejligt tæt på stranden og ret roligt område. vi nød det.

The villa was spacious however it could do with a bit of upkeep and maintenance and some of the photos were not representative of the current state of the accommodation. Some of the rooms had a damp smell and the shutters were difficult open/close. Tver más

La casa de vacaciones Eden Lago en Alcudia es la elección perfecta para unas relajantes vacaciones en Mallorca en familia o con amigos. Visita la Villa Vallespir en Alcudia para unas vacaciones memorables. Excelente casa de dos plantas con gran jardín, mesa de ping pong, barbacoa y a pocos metros de la famosa playa de Alcudia.
Villa Vallespir está distribuida en un amplio jardín equipado con tumbonas donde descansar y tomar el sol además de una ducha exterior para poder refrescarse, disfruta del sol mallorquín de la mejor manera. La casa cuenta con una barbacoa perfecta para los amantes de la parrilla situada en el exterior y una mesa para poder cenar al aire libre. Además, una fantástica zona de chillout para relajarse .
Así mismo dispone de una terraza cubierta amueblada que conecta directamente con el salón comedor.
En el interior encontramos el salón dispone de TV satélite, 2 sofás, aire acondicionado y una mesa equipada con sillas para disfrutar de las ricas comidas de Mallorca. La cocina es ideal para pasar los mejores momentos culinarios ya que está equipada con todo lo indispensable.
La villa cuenta con 5 dormitorios y dos baños. Tres de ellos con cómodas camas de matrimonio, uno con dos camas individuales y el ultimo con solo una cama para mayor privacidad. Los baños cuentan ambos con bañera para poder seguir con el relax de las vacaciones en todo momento.
La ubicación de la villa es excelente ya que puede acceder a todo lo necesario sin necesidad de coche. A los alrededores encontrará restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados, tiendas y todo lo imprescindible para tener un viaje placentero. Además, estará a 200m de la playa de Puerto de Alcudia conocida por su arena blanca y un recorrido de más de 10 km para poder pasear junto al atardecer.
