The lift was a blessing when moving in an out. Parking on premises was difficult at times for larger cars, but with our small rental car we always managed to find a spot (in May).

When we arrived and entered the front gate it felt like we entered a almost royal entrance.
The garden is so big and beautiful, and the house and swimming erea as well.

Everything was clean , nice beds and 3 new renovated bathrooms with good shower. For the kids there is a nice playground . And there is a very nice bbq erea ass well, and when it gets a little colder you van eat inside the inside kitchen next to it. It is really quit around the house so you can enjoy your rest. You need a car because its not close to shops and supermarket. But I think you need a car on mallorca anyway to discover the island. We really had a perfect family holiday in this nice big beautiful villa! |

They had all the furniture and equipment for a comfortable stay, directly in front of a nice beach with a great terrace/upper balcony to sit with friends and have fun. We had many morning cups of coffee from the machine sitting on the terrace and looking at the beach and the sailing boats. We also had fun going to the pool and beach directly in front, going to the center of Alcudia and further. You have many supermarkets directly there, places to rent bicycles, taxis and bus stop, restaurants and bars. It was one of the best vacations I ever had, and I thank the staff as well for being very friendly and being very helpful.

Ich war 9 Woche in diesem großartigen Apartment, das genauso aussieht wie auf den Bildern im Beschrieb. Die Küche ist mit allem Ausgestattet: Automatische Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, qualitativ hochwertige Töpfe & Pfannen und Messer bis hin zu Grundausstaver más
Ich war 9 Woche in diesem großartigen Apartment, das genauso aussieht wie auf den Bildern im Beschrieb. Die Küche ist mit allem Ausgestattet: Automatische Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, qualitativ hochwertige Töpfe & Pfannen und Messer bis hin zu Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffeebohnen-sogar den ersten Einkauf hat Kevin von IPM für uns übernommen. Meine, eher hohen, Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Einige Wochen waren wir zu zweit in der Wohnung und hatten mehr als genug Platz dank praktischen Schränken und Schubladen. Sogar im Besuchszimmer hat es einen TV (mit Netflix), ein volles Bücherregal und einen praktischen Schreibtisch. Die Aussicht vom grossen Schlafzimmer hat uns jeden morgen erneut glücklich gemacht. Die grosse Dachterrasse ist ein weiteres Plus dieser Wohnung. Spar, Tabakladen, Restaurants, Massage und vieles mehr sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben bereits wieder reserviert für dieses Jahr.

Este coqueto apartamento con vista mar está ubicado en el segundo piso de un pequeño complejo con ascensor con una gran piscina comunitaria con hamacas y césped justo delante de la playa del Puerto de Alcudia.
El apartamento está reformado y decorado con buen gusto en color blanco. Cuenta con una amplia terraza con una mesa con sillas para 4 personas en la que podrán pasar la mayoría del tiempo y disfrutar de las fabulosas vistas al mar. La terraza se encuentra comunicada con el salón comedor a través de un ventanal con un sofá para ver la televisión, otra mesa de comedor para 4 personas en el interior y aire acondicionado. La cocina está reformada y cuenta con todas las comodidades.
Además, el apartamento dispone de una habitación con cama de matrimonio, vistas al mar y acceso directo a la terraza, un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un baño con ducha. En el piso encontrarán toallas de playa además de las de baño.
